The screenshot above is taken from Google Earth and is from satellite imagery dating from 021006. The Futuro is clearly seen on site at this time. In the screenshot below we see that the Futuro is no longer on site based on imagery dated 030309. Satellite imagery of the Botanic Gardens location shows it had moved there by 011307 setting the window for this move at between 021006 and 011307.

Update 010513
Finally came across a photo of this Futuro during its time at Fordingbridge Lane. The photo is by Waltraud Maassen and is displayed with permission. The photo is from some time in the early 90's; Waltraud tells me that she walked past the Futuro regularly for many years until she finally snapped this great shot. She only saw [presumably] the owner once but the lady did not appear to be in the mood for talking. 
As we know the Futuro was moved to Christchurch Botanic Gardens in 2006 and then to 12A Mcleans Island Rd, Harewood in 2007. The photo below, taken 012207, is courtesy of Michael Chmilar and shows the Futuro at the Botanic Gardens; it clearly shows that this was one and the same Futuro. In particular the blocked off window is something of a unique identifier.

Other than the fact that the woman in the photo top left was the mother of the Futuro's then owner and that after her passing the Futuro was sold and moved first to the Christchurch Botanic Gardens in 2006 and then to 12A Mcleans Island Rd, Harewood in 2007 I know absolutely nothing about this Futuro so if you have any information or photographs I would love to hear from you.
